Page format: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm).
Page parameters (margins): left and right – 2.25 cm; top – 2 cm; bottom – 2.5 cm.
Article text: 9 to 12 pages; Times New Roman font, 12 pt; regular typeface; single line spacing; first-line paragraph indent – 1 cm; justified alignment.

All illustrations must be referred to in the text. Each illustration must have a title placed below it, for example: “Figure 1 – Layout diagram”. Illustrations may be separated from the text above and below by one line. Axes on graphs must be labeled.
Table is placed immediately after the text in which it is first mentioned, or on the next page, and may be separated from the text above and below by one line. All tables must be referred to in the text. Each table must have a title and number (see Fig. 1).

Formula formatting. MathType (or Microsoft Equation) formula editor with the following parameters:
1) Symbol size: regular – 12 pt, large – 16 pt, small – 10 pt, large index – 7 pt, small index – 5 pt.
2) Style – mathematical.
The serial number of the formula is indicated at the formula level in parentheses at the far right position of the line. Explanations of the meanings of symbols and numerical coefficients included in the formula should be given directly below the formula in the sequence in which they are presented in the formula, for example:
![]() |
(1) |
| where | ![]() |
– mathematical expectation; |
![]() |
– standard deviation. |
References must be formatted according to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers style (IEEE style).

It includes the characteristics of the main topic, the problem of the object, the purpose, and the results of the research. In addition, the abstract should indicate what is new in this scientific article compared to other articles similar in subject matter and purpose.
6. Keywords are selected from the text of the scientific article in the amount of 5 to 8 words. They are provided on a separate line with paragraph indent after the abstract, marked as “Keywords:”. Each keyword is separated from the others by commas.
7. The text of the scientific article is separated from the keywords by one line and is structured according to the following elements.
1) Problem statement in general form and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks.
2) Analysis of recent research and publications in which the solution of this problem has been initiated and on which the author relies, highlighting the previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted.
3) Formulation of the goals of the article (task setting).
4) Presentation of the main research material with full substantiation of the obtained scientific results.
5) Conclusions of this research and prospects for further research in this area.
6) Materials and methods (optional section). In an article devoted to experimental research, this section presents:
· description of the datasets on which the research was conducted (standard datasets, author’s, experimental);
· methodology for organizing and conducting the experiment;
· methodology for analyzing the research results.
7) Author contributions (mandatory if there is more than 1 Author). For example:
· Name Surname – conceptualization; methodology;
· Name Surname – software;
· Name Surname – collection and verification of empirical data;
· Name Surname – empirical research;
· Name Surname – source analysis, preparation of the literature review, or theoretical foundations of the research.
8) Acknowledgements, sources of funding (optional). In this section, you may indicate organizations (research institutions, universities, departments, sponsoring organizations, etc.) and the names of persons who contributed to improving the quality of the content or provided financial assistance for the research presented in this article. Indicate funding sources, if any. Recommended format: “This work was supported by the Medical Research Council (grant number xxxx)”. If there was no specific funding, this item should not be written.
9) Artificial intelligence declaration (mandatory section). Indicate whether artificial intelligence was used; if yes, for what purposes and for which structural elements of the article.

8. References are formatted according to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers style (IEEE style). It is separated from the main text by one line. Its presentation is centered and preceded by the words “References” without a first-line paragraph indent.
The percentage of the Author’s / Authors’ works used in the reference list must not exceed 30 %. At the same time, it is advisable to use sources with DOI. A source with a DOI does not need to be formatted as electronic; it is enough to indicate the index, for example:
| [3] | G. Tardos, “Optimal Probabilistic Fingerprint Codes”, in Proc. 35th Ann. ACM Symp. on Theory of Comp. (STOC ’03), New York, NY, USA: ACM, 2003, pp. 116-125, doi: https://doi.org/10.1145/779928.779941. |
