Complaints Procedure

Procedure for considering complaints of violations of ethical norms

The editorial board of the scientific collection "Information Technologies and Security" shall deal with all identified cases of unlawful behavior accordingly. It strictly follows the Policy of Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics.

In the event that the editor has concerns that the proposed article contains information that may be considered unlawful in terms of research, publication, or professional behavior, this situation shall be confidentially discussed by the editorial board.

If the issue is not resolved during the discussion with the author and the editor still has doubts, this case may be reported to the appropriate authorities. If during the review process the editor receives a warning about a possible violation (for example, data fabrication), he must immediately notify the editor-in-chief.

Readers who suspect something unlawful in a published article should, of course, inform the editor-in-chief.
