The scientific collection " Information Technology and Security " is free for both readers and all categories of authors.

The costs of publishing the paper version of the collection are reimbursed by Institute of Special Communications and Information Protection of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" .
